I guess when you immigrate as a child and your grandfather was a merchant seaman you get the travel bug. 
We love choosing and planning our family holiday each year. It provides an opportunity to explore and learn about the world around us. 
The food, the people, the language , the history and the scenery make the precious family time one of learning and an adventure. 
In addition Jacki's  job has taken us  on various journeys. All providing an opportunity to see and capture what is around us
The challenge is that when we look back we know our  camera and photography skills were limited. However our  photography is a life long journey in sensing and seeing. Reflecting on our  progress is part of the journey.
