4 Part Masterclass on the evidence behind a stronger stakeholder orientation
The masterclass series is designed for leaders who want to understand in more detail the data points behind the 5 strategy practices, 4 governance and 3 cultural practices and evaluate their own organisation against the model.
The classes will be delivered by Teams and will be limited to 10 participants. Participants will be required to complete "homework" between each session.
Structure:
Session 1: The 5 strategy practices
Session 2: The 4 governance practices
Session 3 The 3 cultural practices
Session 4: Integration of practices. Putting into all together
Dates and times:.
The sessions will be conducted fortnightly for 1 and 1/2 hours and the next series will commence in April. 2026. The timing of the session will be tailored to the time of day most suitable for the majority of participants.
Cost:
The cost per participant is $550 for the 4 sessions.
